Vehicles with a disabled person parking placard may drop-off persons with disabilities and their companions at the drop-off area located near the front entrance.

Accessible Entrances
Persons with disabilities and their families may enter at any of the park's main gate entrances.

On-Site Assistance
Identify anyone with a radio/or an inPLAY shirt to inquire about assistance to the accessible seating at the stage areas. Accessible restrooms are available throughout the park.

Park Closing Due to Inclement Weather >
TexMex Fest monitors the weather approaching. TexMex Fest will temporarily close during any period where lightning is present. All guests will be asked to leave the park at that time. When the lightning is safely past the park, TexMex will reopen.
TexMex Park Closing Due to Crowd Capacity >
The decision to close the gates of TexMex Fest due to crowd density is the decision of the City of Naperville Police Department in concert with TexMex Fest leadership. Their decision to close for public safety is based on the ability of people to get out of the park in case of emergency. Crowd density is determined by examination of the flow of people primarily by the Main Stage. If the walkways remain open and clear and people can move around, the city will keep our gates open.
Event Security >

For the safety of all of our guests, you will be refused admittance or will have to discard these items if brought to the park.

Prohibited Items:
• No COOLERS of ANY kind
• No PETS
• No Alcohol or Food
• No Outside Beverages (with the exception of MANUFACTURER SEALED water bottles or baby's milk)
 • No Glass Containers
• No Weapons
• No Tables, Tents, Sun Umbrellas or Other Large Umbrellas
• No TARPS
• No Frisbees, beach balls or related toys

PLEASE NOTE:
ALL guests entering park grounds and all bags, purses, etc. are subject to search. TexMex Fest reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the park grounds for disorderly conduct or other behavior TexMex Fest finds disruptive to other guests.

Tickets to this event are nonrefundable. Due to the popularity of this event, we encourage you to buy tickets in advance. A confirmation will arrive via e-mail once your order is received. By purchasing admission to TexMex Fest on our website you assume all risk of violating the state law if you operate a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant and further waive and forever release and indemnify the inPLAY EVENTS, LLC, TexMex Fest, Calamos Investments, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Landshark, DuPage PADS and all participating sponsors and vendors and their respective members, shareholders, officers and directors, employees, volunteers and agents from any and all liability arising from the use of alcoholic beverages or acts of nature.

As a ticket holder to TexMex Fest, you assume all risks and dangers of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related to TexMex Fest whether occurring prior to, during or after said event.

For security purposes, you hereby consent to the reasonable inspection of your person and property before entering the event. TexMex Fest has the authority to refuse service to intoxicated persons.
