If you are energetic, love music and are willing to provide 4 hours of your time during the festival weekend, we want to hear from you!
We welcome all those aged 21 or older interested in helping us create the best festival experience for our guests.

SHIFT TIMES (approximately):

FRIDAY, JULY 13

~ 3:30pm to 7:00pm (check-in at 3:15pm)
~ 6:45pm to 10:00pm (check-in at 6:30pm)

SATURDAY, JULY 14
~ 2:30pm to 5:00pm (check-in at 2:15pm)
~ 4:30pm to 7:15pm (check-in at 4:15pm)
~ 7:00pm to 10:00pm (check-in at 6:45pm)

Volunteers for the festival will be asked to fill positions at any of 3 stations on the festival grounds: admissions gate, beverage sales and hospitality servicing.

ADMISSIONS GATE:
sell tickets, advance ticket check-in

BEVERAGE SALES:

sell refreshments including soda, water, beer and wine by the glass

HOSPITALITY SERVICING:
greet guests of corporate hospitality areas; ensure guests have proper credentials for entry.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your shift time and work the entire shift. You should also be prepared to stand on your feet the entire time. All working volunteers will receive a souvenir t-shirt that serves as their uniform while volunteering. In addition, each volunteer will receive one ticket to attend the event on any one day of the festival.
